Tuition & Fees
Tuition fees for the school year 2013-2014 include all books and materials required for classwork, except as outlined below under "Other Fees."

* The Transitional Program is a new introductory program for children 2½ years to 3½ years old. A morning session (8:30-11:00 a.m.) and an afternoon session (12:45-3:15 p.m.) will be offered.
** The Nursery Program is a 5 day program; however, a 3 day option is available for children who might benefit from a shorter program. The tuition is $9,500 for 3 Mornings and $13,400 for 3 Full Days.
*** Teachers may discuss with parents a half day program should there be educational benefits for the child to have a shorter day.
Comprehensive Tuition
The tuition includes books, supplies, group instrumental lessons for grades 4-8, and fees for mandatory field trips. Parents are responsible for instrument rental or purchase in grades 4 - 8.
Tuition Payment Plans
The full tuition due may be paid in one payment by check or money order directly to the school by June 1st. The school also offers a two-payment plan, a nine-payment plan, or financial aid payment plans (eleven payments for families receiving financial aid) through FACTS Management Company. The annual FACTS enrollment fee is $15 for the two-payment plan and $41 for the nine or financial aid payment plan per family. Payments through FACTS are made automatically from either a checking or savings account, and families may choose a starting payment date of May 20th or June 5th. Families may also elect to pay their tuition by credit card (MasterCard, Discover or American Express only) through FACTS Management Company. The credit card option has a convenience fee in addition to the enrollment fee. Enrolled families become liable for the full tuition on June 1st, and the obligation to pay the tuition for the full academic year is unconditional.
Optional Fees
An Aftercare Program is available for children enrolled in Nursery through Grade 8.
Miscellaneous: Other fees may include fees for optional after-school programs, such as after-school sports.
