Purpose Clarification — Teams

​This session is about helping teams understand and clarify their own “nested purpose” and how it is different from, but nevertheless supports, the larger mission of the school. We will begin by exploring why we work at our school, and what about our school experience is special to us. We will then dive into understanding each team member’s unique, natural strengths, and better understand how we come together and work as a team. We will finish by clarifying our team’s unique “nested purpose” and understand how it support the school’s larger mission. Once we understand our “why” as a team, we will examine our “what” — our strategic goals and priorities — and understand what aligns with team purpose and what does not.

Session will be held in Tamarind Hall.
