Executive Director

The Waldorf School of Baltimore is seeking its next Executive Director to begin on or before July 2026.

In partnership with our Search Committee, the Board of Trustees has identified the key attributes we seek in our next leader—an approachable, mission-driven, and visionary individual who will guide our community with warmth, strategic insight, and collaborative spirit.

Our next Executive Director will be collaborative presence — someone who delights in connecting with people, leading with heart, and building the school’s future through strong partnerships and inspired fundraising. Academic Director

As the Academic Director, you will be the heart of our pedagogical leadership. You will support and develop our dedicated faculty, ensuring they have the tools and guidance to provide the highest quality Waldorf education. Collaborating with parents, teachers, and administration, you will advocate for the educational needs of each child, shaping a vibrant learning environment. Full job description available here. 

 

School Counselor (2025/26 School Year)

The Guidance Counselor will support the academic, social-emotional, and developmental needs of students from Pre-K through 8th grade. The counselor works collaboratively with students, parents, teachers, and administrators to create a safe, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
