Parents Association

The Parents Association at the Waldorf School of Baltimore is at the heart of our vibrant school community. It strengthens the bonds between families, supports our dedicated faculty and staff, and enriches the lives of our students.

Every parent or caregiver of a WSB student is automatically a member of the Parents Association, and our work to support the school is open to all who want to help nurture a welcoming, inclusive, and thriving community.

Each class, from Children’s Garden through Eighth Grade, has one or two Class Representatives who volunteer to represent their class throughout the year. These Class Reps are key to fostering connections, supporting teachers, organizing social events, and helping with school activities. PA Meetings are a great opportunity to come together, build community, and learn from each other.

PA Meetings are opportunities for parent education, and provide a chance to deepen your connection with the school, your fellow parents, the Head of School and the broader community.

The mission of the PA is to connect, support, and strengthen the WSB community by promoting alignment with WSB values and mission, facilitating enriching activities, acting as a community resource, and maintaining a welcoming and inclusive environment. The PA is committed to representing parental voices to the appropriate groups and channels within the school. There are no dues for the PA and all current parents and guardians are automatically members by enrolling a student at WSB.
