July 22 & August 12
10:00 - 11:00 am
Explore our Children's Garden Programs for children 2 ½ -6. The Waldorf School of Baltimore’s Children’s Garden is a child-centered environment in which qualified Waldorf teachers nurture each child’s natural curiosity, enthusiasm, and innate ability to learn. Each day includes free play, outdoor exploration, and teacher-lead activities such as story-telling, circle, gardening, painting, woodworking, and eurythmy . Every experience is intentionally structured to help children form the initial building blocks for long-term academic success and the foundation for a satisfying life. Daily activities, such as preparing meals and caring for the classroom, allow children to explore elementary concepts of math and chemistry, build social skills, and practice real-world problem-solving. Students also celebrate life and the changing of the seasons with festivals and activities.
Openings are available in 3 and 5 Half and Full Day Nursery and Kindergarten Classes.
