Chris was born and raised in Baltimore, attending the The Boys’ Latin School of Maryland, then graduating from Towson University with a B.S. in Electronic Media and Film. Beginning as a Camera Operator and Editor, he worked on a wide range of film and video productions, later transitioning into the roles of Data Wrangler, Media Manager, and Digital Imaging Technician, and recently worked on a production that was awarded a Grammy for Best Comedy Album.
The Brohawns joined the WSB Community in 2016 when their daughter started in the Children’s Garden, and their son followed his big sister a couple of years later. Chris can often be seen around the campus lending a hand or spearheading a project. He is active on the Green Team, the Fair Planning Committee, and is a member of PA Leadership serving as the board liaison. His wife, Bethe, is the current PA Chair.
Chris enjoys working on his family’s property on the Severn River, where he also enjoys crabbing, swimming, bird watching, and star gazing with his kids. He is an active volunteer for the Severn River Association, especially their Oyster Gardening Program, Water Quality Monitoring Program, and Operation Osprey which creates an annual database of osprey population.
