School Event

Craft and Conversation-in person-8:30am

Craft and Conversation will meet on the 1st and 3rd (and 5th) Wednesday of every month (if school is open) in person at 8:30am.  At each meeting the group will discuss a short article about Waldorf education and then continue to work on a craft.

MS Movie Night-TH-7pm

This is a free event and the Student Council will be providing food and drinks. The students are also welcome to come to this event in comfortable attire/pajamas if they wish. The movie we will be viewing is The Karate Kid. I have attached a link to the Common Sense Media page for anyone who is unfamiliar and may have questions about the content.

8th Grade Presentations

8th grade present their individual projects. 7th grade are highly encouraged to attend.

6:30-7:00pm mingle and look at the projects.

7:00-7:20pm gather in Eurythmy Room and listen to the 8th grade talk about their projects.

7:20-7:45pm Refreshments and more mingling.

8:00pm Event closes.

Please bring your own tools if possible, wiped clean of any mud to prevent introducing weed seeds from elsewhere. Extra tools to share are appreciated!

WSB is sponsoring the Family Activity Zone and will provide hands-on crafts both days, while supplies last. If you would like to volunteer please email us!

The world-famous production of Beethoven Lives Upstairs features a lively exchange of letters between young Christoph and his uncle. Their subject: the “madman” who has moved into the upstairs apartment of Christoph’s home in Vienna.  Explore the world of Ludwig van Beethoven with music from his greatest works, including the “Moonlight” Sonata, Für Elise, the Ninth Symphony, and more.
